About

I study how minds, biological and artificial, come to understand language. As a post-doctoral fellow in Dr. Christian Brodbeck’s lab at McMaster University, I use MEG and computational models to follow how the human brain turns speech into meaning. Before that, I earned a PhD in Cognitive Robotics at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (2024), building brain-inspired neural networks that let robots learn language and action together.
